Catchall email accounts are particular email address which we assigned to receive all emails that are sent to invalid or non-existent email address for your domain.
For example- if you have single email account hosting@hoststud.com and you have made this email account as catchall email account. If anyone send to any other email account like info@hoststud.com then this mail send to hosting@hoststud.com as there is no email account available.

Let’s see how to create catchall email account:
- Login to Plesk.
- Click on “Mail” tab and then click on “Mail Settings” option.
- Select particular domain for which you want to create catchall email account, here you will find option “Mail for Non-Existent Users”.
- Click on “Forward to address” and enter the particular email address which you want to set for catchall email account.
- At last click on “OK”.
