Mainly this error occurs when we have again tried to create FTP account in Websitepanel, so you have to follow below steps to resolve this error.
- Login to your Windows VPS server.
- Navigate to Start >> Right click on Computer >> Manage >> Open Server Manager
- You will find “Configuration” tab on left hand side, navigate to Local Users and Groups >> double click on “Users”.
- Here you will find all the created usera, you have to delete particular user for which you are getting error.
- You can delete that user by righ clicking on it and select “Delete” option.
- Now you are able to create FTP account with that username which was causing error.
