So the pages are not deleted permanently yet. They stay in the Trash folder until the time expires or you delete them manually from that folder as well.

Recover Pages from Trash

The default time is 30 days from the date you have deleted the page. Post this, the page will be deleted permanently.
You need to navigate into your WordPress admin area and then to Pages > All Pages. Then switch over to “Trash” tab where you’re going to find the pages you’ve deleted recently. Click on the “Restore” button to restore the page.
Use a Backup Plugin to Restore Pages
If you’re using a WordPress website, it’s important to use a backup service for it. This plugin creates a copy of your existing file and stores it for later use. So even if you delete the WordPress pages, a copy of it would still exist in the backup plugin. From there, you can recover the deleted pages.
If you do not have a WordPress plugin installed, then chances are your hosting provider does. You can contact them to check if they can offer you backup data for your website.

This is an advanced technique and you should follow this only when the previous two methods fail. With this technique, you restore an entire WordPress website. So the pages you have deleted get restored automatically.
For this, you’d have to go to the WordPress database backup plugin where you can see the recent backups. You have to download the WordPress backup files onto your computer, locally.
Next, you need to set up a local server environment using LAMP or WAMP. If you only have database backup, then you can restore your website using phpMyAdmin.
Once you’ve successfully restored the WP database, update the WordPress site along with the Home URLs. For this purpose, follow the steps:

- Open phpMyAdmin on your computer by visiting this URL “http://localhost/phpmyadmin/”.
- Select the WordPress database that’s listed on the left-hand side column and then select “wp_options table”.
- Now switch over to browser tab and find the rows that contain “siteurl” and “home” under option_name.
- Then, you need to edit the the options_name and the options_value column so that it matches your local server WP site.
- Once changed, click on “GO” to save the changes
