To reset your CPanel account you have to follow simple 6 steps:

- Create a backup of all your data.
- Delete all your sub/add-on and parked domains
- Remove all your files.
- Remove your email addresses
- Remove all FTP accounts
- Remove all databases and associated users.

- Remove all your files:
- Login to your CPanel account.
- In “Files” tab Click on “File Manager”.
- Go to your public_html root folder by Web Root folder and roots of all your addon domains.
- Now click on “Select all”
- After selecting all the files click on “Delete” button, which is the ‘X’ icon on top.
- This will clear all your files.
- Remove your email addresses:
- Login to your CPanel account.
- Under “Mail” section Click on “Email Accounts”
- Click on “delete” button next to all your accounts.
- And the will deleted from your CPanel.
- Remove all FTP accounts:
- Go to” File” section.
- Click on “FTP accounts”
- Click on “Delete” button appears on near to your FTP accounts.
- Remove all databases and associated users.
- under your “Databases” section Click on “MySQL Databases”
- under “Current Databases” option Choose to “Delete Database”
- Scroll down to view all your database users.
- Click the ‘X’ button next to your users to remove all databases.
When these all steps will be done then your account is as good as brand new.
