Users are very familiar to use Gmail. With the biggest storage capacity, you can easily move the cPanel to Gmail. Gmail’s mail fetcher helps to bring new emails to the account of a domain. Easy settings and steps help to deal with mails more easily than you expect:
Step 1: Go to your account “Gmail” and then tap on the icon “Settings”.
Step 2: You will get a drop-down list showing many options. Choose the “settings” again to select the tab “account and import”.
Step 3: Start entering the email address and then tap on the button “Next”.
Step 4: Based on the custom details enter the following field one by one:

On the server, you can see some retrieved messages over there. Just leave it as it is.
Whenever you retrieve mail, use SSL settings
Start labeling the incoming messages

Step 7: Just tap on the “add account”. After adding the account, you will be supposed to get a message. Confirm the message by tapping the button “Yes”. Tap on “Next step”!
Step 8: Enter the information of the SMTP server
Step 9: Choose SSL connection and then enter the credentials such as username & password
Step 10: Again, tap on the button “add account”. Google will send the confirmation to the mail of the domain and so, you can copy-paste the confirmation code.
Step 11: Your email will be imported to Gmail. Use the cPanel to send emails from the Gsuite interface.
When you shift emails from cPanel to Gmail, you may get some problems like
Mismatch of SPF record: Emails are sent with the help of the Gmail mail server. SO, if the SPF doesn’t have any record and so, your emails won’t get delivered. G Suite keeps on changing the IP address at frequent times. You need to maintain the SPF record correctly.
Just add the below SPF record to the domain of DNS:
Restrictions in folder size:
If the folder size goes beyond the limit or it might deal with some restrictions, in that case, you will end up with an error in sending mails. Some folders won’t copy-paste into the destination. It's because of the restrictions set in folder size.
Go to the Gmail account and then select “Settings”. Tap on the “Forwarding and POP/IMAP”.
Check the option “Folder size limit” and set the value as “Do not limit the number of messages in an IMAP folder(default) box”.
Save the settings finally!
