- Login to webmail and choose Roundcube option.
- Here select “Settings” option from upper right corner.
- Now setting window will appear, choose “identities” option.
- Choose desired identity from all options.
- Here you will find the textbox for custom signature, enter your signature and click on “Save”.
- Roundcube also provide option to create HTML signature in which you can change color, add images, font of text. To add HTML signature click on the checkbox “HTML signature”, here you can customize your signature according to your choice.
