If you want to use MySQL database remotely then you have to create MySQL user too. You can follow below steps to create MySQL remote user:
- Login to cpanel.
- Here click on “Remote MySQL” under Databases.
- Now you have to enter your IP address to allow MySQL server.
- Click on “Add Host”.
- You can connect to all MySQL users in account with your IP Address.
