You can follow below steps to start/stop application pool in IIS:
- Login to Windows VPS server.
- Click on IIS Manager to open it.
- On the left side panel you have to click on “Application Pools”.
- Here you can right choose particular domain for which you have to start/stop pool.
- On the right side you will find “Application Pool Tasks” under which you will find start, stop and restart option.
