You can change the Mysql timeout limit to avoid Mysql timeout error. For that you can follow below steps:
- Login to server with root access.
- After that open the my.cnf (Mysql configuration file) to make changes in it.
- You can use any editor to open the file like sudo, vim etc.

- Here you can find timeout configuration and change the required setting.
- Save your my.cnf file after making changes.
- At last restart mysql service to apply changes with below command.
