You can follow below steps to create Mysql database :
- Login to Plesk.
- Click in “Databases” in left sidebar.
- Now click on “Add Database” to add your database.
- Here you will find General and User section .
- Database name: enter your database name.
- Database server: select your database server from drop-down.
- Related site: choose your website which you want to select.
- In users option you will find below details:
- Database user name : Your database Username
- New password : Your database Password
- Confirm password : Confirm Password
- Access control: You have to select allow remote connections from any host.
- Click on “Ok” button.
