To solve this error you have to enable Advanced DNS zone editor, o it is must to have access of VPS or Dedicated servers. You have to follow below steps to enable Advanced DNS zone editor in WHM:
- Login to WHM.
- Here under “Packages” click on “Feature Manager” option.
- You have to choose “Edit a feature list” option from drop down menu and click on “Edit” button.
- Now you redirected “Edit cPAddons Site Software Feature list”, here you have to check the checkbox “Advanced DNS Zone Editor” to enable it.
- At last click on “Save” button.
