How to switch on antivirus protection for mailbox?

You can follow below steps to switch on antivirus protection in Plesk:

• Login to Plesk.
• Here click on “Mail” and then “Email Address”.
• After that you will find “Antivirus” tab, so click on it.
• Here you can see the “Antivirus protection for email address” checkbox, you have to select it.
• You can also enable the mail scanning mode according to choice; you can scan the incoming, outgoing or both emails.
• Click on OK button.

Steps to switch off mailbox antivirus protection:

• Login to Plesk >> Go to Mail >> email address >> Antivirus tab.
• You have to clear the checkbox which you have checked previously “antivirus protection for this email address”.
• Click on “OK”.
