Sometimes mass emailing is need but sometime it’s a curse because mass emails can be abusive and in this situation you need to disable them. Let’s see how to disable mass emails in Joomla.
- Login to Joomla as an administrator.
- Here click on “System” and then select “Global Configuration” from drop down.
- Now from various tabs you have to select “Server” tab to check all server side settings.
- In this list you will need to find “Mail Settings” label where you can find “Disable Mass Mail” option. You have to set the option to “Yes”.
- At last click on “Save” button which is available on top left corner.
