We can control outgoing mails from various methods like max hourly emails per domain, number of failed or deferred messages a domain may send before protections can be triggered and email delivery retry time. Let’s see where you can find all these option:
- Login to WHM.
- Click on “Tweak settings”.
- Here you have to go to “mail” tab; you can check all the options and set them according to your requirement.
- Now you have to set the number of deferred messages domain can send. After that it will take around 1 hour to reset the limit.
- You can also set “email delivery retry time” to 15 minutes.
- These are all basic tweak settings which helps you to control outgoing mails.
