If you are getting “Using both mod_userdir and mod_ruid2 is not a supported configuration.” error then must be you have enabled mod_userdir protection in WHM.
Steps to enable mod_userdir protection:
You are getting this issue because mod_ruid2 is not supported with mod_userdir. To resolve this error it is must to disable mod_ruid2 and you can enable mod_suexec.

- Login to WHM.
- Click on “Apache mod_userdir Tweak” under “Security Center”.
