Change TimeZone in Windows

The default time zone in Windows is MST - Mountain Standard Time, if you want to change the default ime zone according to your choice then it is must to have administrative access of your Windows server.

You can follow below steps:
  • Login to your Windows server via RDP (Remote Desktop).
  • Now on your desktop you will find “Start” menu option and you haveto click on it.
  • Click on start and go to Control Panel.
  • After that in Control Panel tab, you have to click on “Set the time and date” option which is under “Clock, Language, and Region menu”.
  • Here you will find “Date and Time tab” click on “Change time zone” option.
  • A popup will open for Time Zone Settings, you have to choose particular time zone from drop-down list and click on “OK”. If you want to set automatically Daylight Saving Time then you can click on the provided checkbox.
  • Click on “OK” to set the new time zone settings.
